I've learned that I can eat junk food and still manage to loose weight. I wanted to go down to 148 pounds but I think I am going to change my goal. I want to maintain a weight of 155 pounds. Let's see how it goes. For now I am still eating decent and working out on my treadmill everyday. I want to start adding aerobics classes to my workout on the weekends. I feel so much more energetic now. I am happy.
