Starting to do the scale waver.....Monday, 273.5. today 276. Then again, I did go to the in laws anniversary party, had a corner piece of their cake, an I had a 2 oz piece of cheese late last night. I think that accounts for it. OK then, back to the grind!!!
I got a big kick out of the MRI results. When I had the last one, in 2010, it showed a herniated disk and 2 bulging disks. Well, seems like I healed myself, because all they can see in this one is one slightly bulging disk. Hmmpf. But it does look like PT won out. There is a PT right in the same building as the gym I go to. When I go there today, I'm stopping in and making the appt.
