Ugh-
well I was out of town for 5 days, then came home to my dad having open heart yesterday -hanging out in ICU today. I'll be happy to get back to a routine soon especially since I bought some stuff from VS since I was feeling so good about my progress :(

65.1 kg これまでの減量分: 0 kg. 残り: 8.4 kg. ダイエット続き: 不十分.

週に0.2 kg増量中

I hope your dad is ok and gets better soon! Hang in there, you are doing great and I know you will continue to do so! Keep your chin up.

Oh man thats a lot to take in. Your weight is not even half as important as ur dad I hope he recoops well. Don't worry, we're not going anywhere.
