Think we all expect weight loss to be in a straight downward slope, but it's not. I appear to have a drop, then it goes up again for the next few days, only to drop again but (hopefully) lower than the last 'drop'.
Just read Jason Fung's 'The Obesity Code'! Having recently officially just stepped over the line into being a diabetic, I'm now on my way to rid myself of this horrid disease!
