Once again the weekend approaches with temptations....I'll weight myself in the AM and hope that I'll show some loss - it helps me keep focused over the weekend. It will also help that we're going to a party and a friend's house who is REALLY in good shape--seeing her should help motivate me to stay away from the bad snacks. But I won't deny myself brewskies during football - just can't. Good luck staying on track over the weekend everyone!
