Once again the weekend approaches with temptations....I'll weight myself in the AM and hope that I'll show some loss - it helps me keep focused over the weekend. It will also help that we're going to a party and a friend's house who is REALLY in good shape--seeing her should help motivate me to stay away from the bad snacks. But I won't deny myself brewskies during football - just can't. Good luck staying on track over the weekend everyone!

HA that is the total truth. At this point i'm trying to do as best as possible myself, but I love me some mexican beer w/ lime and salt or my choco milk beer guiness...lol GO FOOTBALL SEASON HA HA HA and basketball and every other sport that allows beer...do good for ur weekend.*
