same-same which is good because I've been up and down all week within 500-700g of this number. finding it really hard to fast properly now that the days have all blurred out. not all motivation is gone, but I definitely feel some sense of "why bother" at the moment as the days drag on. I've given myself the week off of training to sleep in late... and to let the inner sloth shine and from next week I'll be back to my usual bubbly self. note to self... it's ok to give yourself a break!
