15 minutes on the exercise bike today. 5 more than last time... the o ly problem i have is where my ankles are so weak and i have clonus in my legs and feet they jerk at a certain point and the side of my calf burns. the burning is why i use a wheelchair. the nerves in my spine are damaged and any walking makes my lower back burn so bad that i cry. im trying to make sure that i can still move when im older. gotta get stronger.
