I had a dexa body composition scan today. The results were as expected. I have around 26% overall body fat and a 7.08 FMI (fat mass index). Fitbit and Renpho scales were way off. I'll just use the renpho for weigh-ins. Would have been nice if they were in the ballpark though.
I've come a long way since 136.9kg at the end of last year. I'd like to focus on building a bit of muscle now that the gyms are open in my area - I think I'll look into getting a personal trainer and/or at least do a beginners guide to weights and lifting.
My BMR was around 2100kcal. It's nice to have a rough figure of what to budget for, considering the straight loss part is coming to an end. I'm still counting most things: meats, liquids other than water and snacks of course. Weighing veggies for me will be the first thing to phase out, unless it's potato or similar.
