I started my lifestyle change on 27th December 2019. I chose to do it right this time and stick to whatever method was necessary. I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 and an Aria 2 set of smart scales and began logging food.
Nearly 5 months later, I have lost around 37kg and I want to at least lost another 5 or 10 more.
Once it clicks in your head, there's no turning back. I'm focusing on stil losing the extra weight along with targeting body fat % while trying to maintain or build muscle.
Starting weight 136.9kg
First goal weight 99.9kg
Final goal weight 89.9, or at least low 90's.
