This week was a total turn around from last week when it was Thanksgiving. I made it to the gym 6 days this week. I ate great about 98% through the week and all foods were healthy and clean. Not only did I lose the extra Thanksgiving pounds I lost an extra two and half pounds. I am so excited because I am only about a pound over weight for my height. I can also see my biceps and triceps without even flexing and my arms have zero jiggle. This week I am going to be more determined and really get more out of my cardio to lose another four pounds this week. Good Luck to all.
