I submitted my journal entry for Tuesday's input/output, but am not sure it made it onto the GPC group page on Fat Secret. Following is my input-output for Wednesday. Each day, I will typically record my input-output for the previous day.

Breakfast: Breakfast power sandwich at Panera's with 1 ketchup packet (400 calories), coffee with two creamers (39 cals) and 2 teaspoons of refined sugar (49 cals).

Lunch: Beef/bean chili (287 cals), tomato/northern bean salad (150 cals), 2 tablespoons black canned olives (19), 8 sweet pickle slices (55 cals), 1 kosher pickle spear (1), 15 tortilla chips (139), 3 tablespoons of guac (86), 5 tablespoons of salsa (25), handful of trail mix (87)

3 p.m. snack: Snickers mini-bar (71), M/M's (45)

Dinner: Lentil bean salad (375 cals), artichoke/potato/tomato salad (110), 1/4 cup fruit salad (41 cals), oatmeal-raisin cookie (81).

10 p.m. "snack" -- 1 banana (105), 1 apple (95), 1 ounce filet (77)
