Yesterday was a disaster for carbs. I took legal food to the May Day picnic in the park, but ate too many of them (OMG the cookies were amazing!).

Then we went dancing at the pub and I ordered a cider. I always forget how sweet American "dry" cider is. Although I guess it isn't *that* different from some English ones. But still, a day's carbs in a glass. *sigh* I didn't drink it all, it actually tasted "too sweet" but still.

I think I'll do a two day fat fast just to see what that does. At least it will get me back into ketosis. Although on the primal diet I'm not trying for ketosis. Sometimes it is all just too confusing.
