Gosh, I just read your journal entry from yesterday. You'll definitely get my prayers for your comfort now and for your work ahead. Believe it or not, you have an advantage in that you've gone thru the recovery process before (yes, I know recover is not ever "done"). Approach giving up smoking as if you were back 19 years ago giving up the drugs and alcohol. Smoking is much more than a habit, it IS an addiction as serious as the others you've put in your past. If you approach it with the same resolve and seriousness and effort you put in 19 years ago, you'll find your way thru this thing.

Myree, I am always ready to pray for those in need. I hope that today finds you feeling a bit better, now that you have your own nebulizer at home. It should help to open the airways and give you some relief! And you can qquit smoking, Myree, just like you quit your other adictions! It won't be easy, but then you already know that! Good luck, and welcome to the world of non-smoking!  

Thanks you guys! Yes the Nebulizer is helping dramatically I have a very productive cough again! My chest doesn't feel all tight like I'm wearing a bra that's two sizes too small!
