i was inspired yesterday visiting my son and seeing my ex. She has been very disciplined going to the gym but struggled to lose weight. biggest meal 8 oclock at night after the gym. i kept on suggesting she try intermittment fasting and keto as it had worked well for me before. she's dropped 50lb! So proud of her efforts!
