What was that about the scales up yesterday? Woohoo... 2.2lbs in 4 days is nothing to be sneezed at and absolutely SUPER-Fabulous!!! So you just keep doing what you're doing... as it's working wonders, Yahoo!!! :o)

Thanks Sue :) You're a star. AF has arrived now so not sure what this Friday's weigh in will be like but I'll stick to my points and see how I go!!
