I've been scarce as of late. I still working out what to put in or take out that will create a plan that works. I'm re-reading The Obesity Code. I've partnered with my doctor for accountability and to get specific blood tests every 2 months to check my vitals and have a picture into the hormonal effects of this lifestyle. Chiefly, I am interested in Cortisol levels and fasting Insulin levels. I haven't asked about whether it makes sense to check Ghrelin, given that it can fluctuate so much throughout a day. I also check in daily with a buddy who is also taking on intermittent fasting and a more plant-based way of eating. I got a recipe last night from a friend who is doing keto for Chaffles?? Going to try it after I finally catch up on lost sleep.
