I love wheats and grains, when I don't eat them I feel better and loose weight. My doctor doesn't want me to have dairy or coffee, when I don't eat those I feel better.
Looking a the foods recommended by members in this group I think it could be a good fit for me....less grain, less dairy, and less sugar.
