Weight up over 180 this morning, so I am going to watch what I eat the next few days and get it back down below 180. Time to work on the next 15 lbs to reach my final goal while firming things that still jiggle a little :)

As soon as I told a buddy here that 1600 calories was too low for me now, I found myself eating below that yesterday. I got a workout at the gym last night and had fun. Did drums class first for an hour and I am getting more coordinated now. :) Then I found myself working out with someone else for about 45 minutes before going home. Felt great and not hungry at all. Let's see what I can do today...

Take it one day at a time. I am hungry now - but will focus on getting 1/2 of my daily water in. You are doing great!

Thanks buddy, I am a little hungry this morning after having a small dinner last night, but I am going to drink lots of water today. Maybe the exercise to the bathroom all day will help? ;)
