Weighd myself at LFC office Yesterday. Did not even know they had a scale there. I was dressed with boots and coat so deducted 1.6 lbs from the scale display of 166.6. If anything I have lost this recently and not over 3 months.I am happy to be moving again.
Had blldwork done yesterday. did have about 3-4 oz coffee with 2 tbsp hwc about 45-60 minutes prior.
