Id suggest using your food diary. Im sure there's something you're just not seeing that might make a big difference. Best wishes and you can do it!

I agree that a food diary would be a good idea. I've been keeping one for about 4 months now and it helps tremendously to be able to go back and see what you've eaten......after good weeks AND bad weeks. Hang in there!

Hang in there! I think sometimes there's a lag effect on dieting. Keep at it and you will see the weight drop.

Hang in there! It will start showing up. Sometimes stress makes the weight stubborn so just relax and enjoy it. If you cheat, relax and enjoy it then get back on track.
