Back from Vacation. Not surprised with a bit of a gain...also not concerned about the amount either!! Fabulous time...went to Colorado Springs for a Celebration of Life Party for my childhood best friend (she is still alive, but has pancreatic cancer and declining fast) I hosted/planned the party. Hard, but good! Then the Vaca kicked in. I went SKY DIVING!! Amazing, loved it!! Walked every day...did the entire Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cliff of the Winds, Garden if the Gods. Breath taking views!!! Anyway.... trying to get myself back to the basics. Didn't log food at all while gone, but still made good choices. Looking forward to getting these last 15 pounds off.... before my 1 year surgery anniversary (8/14) !!!!
