Friday's entry:
Weight was up in the morning [159?], (the day before was high points at 31, including the pizza and wine, which would likely explain the gain). But today I tried to keep my points on the lower side (total 17.5). Tried to drink more water (only managed about 2.5 though), and ate lower carbs and upped the intake of veggies and fruits. [As a result, Saturday's seen a drop so far--157.6]
Workout was MIA--didn't do it in the morning, and hence it didn't get done. I was watching a movie at night, and I started to do some weights then (with my 2-pd wrist weights and 9 pd dumbells), but it waa a little distracting to multitask, so I stopped after 3 sets of biceps and 3 sets fo triceps (that was my only exercise for the day).
Here's the food and points: 10.40: cereal and milk (3) 11.30: 1 laughing cow cheese and grapes (3) 12.20: 8 almonds (1.5) 1 veggie patty (2) 1.30: coffee with cream (1) 3.30: 2 cups watermelon (2) 4.20 pm: 1 ricecake (1) 4.40 pm: 1/3 of a luna bar (1) 6.40 pm: dinner: big salad with my homemade lemon vinaigrette (1), with ff feta (1) and croutons (0.5), ¼ orange and 2 walnuts (0.5) Side of grilled asparagus (sprayed with EVOO & lemon, & sprinkled with dried basil, parsey, garlic, parmesan, & pepper)

Noticeably, I keep eating at short junctures (only 45 mins to an hour in between snacks!)..don't know if this is coz of the stress, or whether I really need this constant eating!
Oh, and though I was up pretty late (past 12), I didn't eat past my dinner, so that's a good little exercise of self-control!
