It was my son's 18th birthday yesterday I was good they had pizza and cheesy bread chicken wings and soda i had grilled lemon chicken spinach salad with hard boiled eggs. I had a sliver of ORio cookie cake ( that had me a little worried ) but i did some extra exercises on the weights hoping it would counter act my tiny splurge. I think all went well weight was the same tins morning. So I'm happy. Just finished my seven day straight work week now get weekend off. Going to do some laundry and organize the kitchen, finish decorating for Christmas, and i want to fit in some time at the "Y" would like to get on the elliptical again and maybe some time on the bike as well.
