Getting a little sick of this plateau. I think I just have to up the amount of exercise I do, and stop eating so much sugar... Mom made a big apple pie recently and I've been having a piece pretty much everyday, which is bad. Now that I think about it, I think that's what happened the week that I gained, as well. Too much pie!
And I have to start getting back on track with my squats. Ever since I had that cold, I just haven't had the motivation. At least I managed to keep up with my arm exercises though. My arms are starting to look pretty good :P
Also, my goal for November (non-weight related) was to be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds. I started about mid month at 30 seconds, and guess what? I'm at 57 seconds as of two days ago! So I'll be able to reach it by December like I'd hoped.
So, things aren't going the best, but hey. I'm not doing so bad.
