yay! stayed the same. aiming for 2 to 3 lbs per week. nice and slow but a decent amount over time. this has worked very well for me so far and im sticking with it. over the past year in my weight loss journey, i averaged 1200 per day. im going for 1200 - 1500 now and see what that does. hopefully a slow loss with the added calories. from everything i read, i should be able to add the 300 calories and still lose. we will see. definitely dont want any gains! so, it will stop that at the very least.
