2lb drop this week. I'm really pleased. Since the doctor took me off of my diuretic this week, I was concerned that I might actually show an increase at this week's weigh-in. My habit has always been to weigh myself a couple of hours after taking my water pill and before I start drinking coffee. So having a good drop in spite of the change is exciting.
