Wow D you have been doing SO great! I am very jealous lol - you're beating me again!! Haha :) No really I'm so proud of you and sticking to it, I just need YOUR kind of motivation to get through this... seriously I have no idea why I'm stuck so badly... today I did horrible... ate out at a restaurant for lunch, had chicken tacos with tomatoes, white rice and black beans... I didn't think it was THAT bad... but then it was SO hot and humid we stopped and got custard... *sigh* I totally didn't make a healthy choice - because I got 1 scoop with fudge in a waffle bowl. DAMNIT. So basically I can't eat dinner... ARG I'm so frustrated!!! I just want to have one SLIGHT drop so I know I'm ALIVE lol... man it bums me out so badly...

hahahaha...we must have been commenting on each other's journals at the same time!! Go read yours...you deserve a break today....Anyway, thanks for the comments. I finally feel vindicated. I'm telling you - I'm not doing anything different than I've been doing since Dec. 29th, only now I'm losing. Like a "normal" person. Don't know how long it'll keep up that way...hopefully for a while. I like seeing the damn thing move once in a while! You'll be okay, I swear it's a NORMAL stupid plateau and I really do think that maybe today, with eating stuff you don't normally have anymore, might be exactly what you needed to kick your system in the ass. Give it another two days (sodium from today may mess up your scale). Hang in there. hugs!
