I’ve been really watching my food intake, carbs and have exercised for the past three days. Although my weight journal doesn’t show it, I topped out this past week at 159.2! I woke up this morning to my monthly finally starting! So I’m hopeful that my two week gain is finally going to stop and start going down. Premenopausal symptoms suck ass! There I said it, now can I just get past this? 😳😳🤞🤞
