What can I say I have really fallen off the wagon!!! That is a ridiculous gain to have to post. I've had a rough couple of weeks and unfortunately I used that as an excuse to overeat and mope around. I hope I get my motivation back soon.
At least I'm at work earlier than usual today. Salem and I are working on getting to work 15 minutes earlier each day this week until we can finally be here at 8 AM. That way if we eat lunch at our desks we can leave at 4 PM and have more time to workout after work. Our work has flex schedule so we had been doing like 945- 545 each day.
I made a budget and put it on our fridge. Tonight we are listing out each debt- his student loans, credit card, car, etc. and also posting that on the fridge. That way we can cross it off as each thing gets PAID OFF. :)
I have healthy foods for lunch- yogurt, low fat cheese, banana. I'm trying to have this be the day I get back on track. I will be so upset w/ myself if I allow my weight to creep back up into the 150's. And it's getting too close for comfort.
