So the bathroom scale finally came. It is digital and decimal. Do I need those 10ths of pounds? The last time my scale had fractions it did weight in stones (14lbs to a stone). I also measured my waist which is 41", so another .5" gone. Yay.

I wonder if there is any reason to weigh in the morning vs evening? This is first thing Tuesday morning weight.

I don't think it matters when but use a weight to record that you use every week. I take Wednesday mornings!

Rowan, I always weigh less in the mid to late afternoon, so that is when I weigh in. Most weigh ion first thing in the morning after peeing, and naked. I usually weigh in on Mondays, and I do include the quarters, but that is a personal preference. I keep my scale in exactly the same place, for every weigh in, also.

Thanks, Jill & Ctiss! I think I will do Tuesday morning weigh-ins. I carpool on Monday and prep for work is a bit crazier Mondays.

You weight the most in the evening, as you have had all your food and liquids, in varying amounts. However, if you always weigh at the same time, you will be the most accurate.
