Well not too bad considering all the dessert that I ate last week. I walked a half marathon distance this morning at the beach in 3 hours 42 minutes, so hopefully that will help. It's a new record for me and I hope to get it below 3 1/2 hours by the half marathon that I signed up for at the end of the month.
