Ugh. I knew it wasn't going to be good. I've been away from the site for a while. The depression medicine I had been switched to really didn't work & made things worse. when I'm down & upset I try to stay away from recording things on the internet. it wasn't even that though, the med made me feel nothing & I just didn't care about anything. I maintained my eating properly & my gym routine but nothing changed. doc thinks I was doing enough to just break even with the fact that it was a weight positive med.

But that's all changed now. I'm on a new medicine & its working!! And this one is weight negative...yippee! ivebeen avoiding the scale & my measurements cause I felt I didn't want to know. this morning I kicked myself in the butt and made myself get on the scale. Its not like avoiding the scale was gonna make the number lower.

I'm trying to find a new workout routine...anyone have any suggestions? I still can't pass a lung function test so I can't do cardio yet. I discovered the machines I was using at the gym are bad for me, so I need something new...at the gym or at home. If anyone has anything that works for them, I'd love the help.
