Day 6 of the 30-day challenge :
i have never felt so good in my life !
The changes i introduced to my diet and lifestyle are already paying off
I wake up every around 4:30 am and now i dont even need an alarm, my system got used to it, i enjoy the fresh breeze of the morning and the beautiful sunrise
I ve been working out with the help of an amazing android app : Nike Training Club , it's free and soo beneficial, it's like having a personal trainer at home, along with other apps that count your squats ans sit ups ...
I am watching what i eat, basically focusing on proteins and driking water
I also read about the lymphatic drainage massage and i tried it for last few days on my tummy i think it worked lime a miracle along with the other changes of course.. i proudly announce that i lost the first inch around my waist ! (Not much but it's a start, and good enough for 6 days
Now i'm thinking of getting a summer job instead of sitting home bored to death, am heading out to take my cv to offices , wish me luck!

The hike yesterday was amaaazing , the nature in all its beauty and the fresh air, it wasnt sunny which allowed the climate a sweet humidity and allowed me to wander around the forest, mountains and rivers freely
What is amazing abt the hike is that it makes u move and workout while u enjoy it and burn calories as u re surrendering to ur curiosity to explore the place
And i managed to squeeze in some yoga and meditation at the end of the hike
Suprisingly, i didnt go off track when it comes to the diet, a friend of mine who is a handball coach brought the food : rice with safran ,olives and almonds and chicken breast, a salad on the side , and fresh strawberry juice , whenever i felt craving i just snackked on some salted almonds
It was simply a perfect day
I do feel sore this morning , but i love that feeling coz to me it means i did move my body and im building strong muscle

It's 3 a.m now and i've been up for 23 hours! No wonder why i'm so hungry!
well, i guess am in one of those "f*ck it" moods, i'm gonna indulge in some pancakes with nutella and a big glass milk
huh what the heck, i'm off hiking in 4 hours anyway!
UPDATE: 4 a.m
Uh'Oh ! :/ That wasnt a very good idea!
I've been on a low sugar intake for 4 days and now i shock my body with such high level of sugar, 993 kcal!! Not so bright Ran!
I feel nauseous and i regret it (i blame my ex for this)
Guys please dnt let me do this again, im counting you ...

just when i thought my life was getting on track , my boyfriend and I broke up ...
It's so damn hard to be broken hearted
and on a diet !!
im fighting the urge to snuggle with an ice cream bowl watching an entire season of Grey's Anatomy

my 30-day challenge :
Day 3 :
The challenge is making changes in my diet and lifestyle and seeing the difference withing 30 days
•Waking up early
•Drinking 2 to 3 liters of water daily
•Doing yoga
•Meditating
•Working out
•Making healthy food choices (especially reducing my sugar and salt intake)
I am already feeling the changes
+ My body is more energetic and active
+ I feel zen , peaceful and calm
+ My skin is more elastic and radiant without the need for make up (i think it's the water!)
