Working out at least three days a week, drinking less alcohol, and gaining weight. I know I did not gain 4 pounds of muscle... maybe 1. Diet is pretty good, had some slip ups here and there but nothing major. The weight gain is discouraging, should not have weighed myself. Going to keep going though...

I am a little off this week. Drama at work is pretty bad. I have to have a meeting about my 'conduct and behavior' because I did not refrain from showing my frustration at a meeting. This plus having a bit of a soar throat has thrown me off. I have been slightly over eating (nothing really unhealthy, just bigger portions than I should) and I have not worked out yet this week. I don't really want to work out if I am fighting a cold. Tomorrow I will at least get up and do yoga in the morning. Will walk at my lunch break today to get some exercise.

Doing pretty well on the goals. Only drank on the weekend last week. Worked out three days. So far this week I am on day two. I want to work out tomorrow but realized I will have to get up at 4:30 am to do so.... I will probably set the alarm and see how I feel. Still have not stepped on a scale but it is so tempting. All of my clothes still do not fit. Went to a concert this weekend and while trying to figure out what to wear, was reminded how badly I look in my clothes right now. Hate it, was hoping to see some results by now. I can't wait until my clothes do not make me look gross. I have been trying for two years though, my hopes are not high.

Doing pretty well. I have overall health goals including:
Drink 100 oz water a day.
Work out in the morning for 30 minutes at least 3 days a week.
Get a hike in on the weekend (our pup needs exercise too!)
At least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
Only drinking alcohol on the weekends.
2 tsp-2tbsp of apple cider vinegar a day.
I also plan to abstain from alcohol all of March and weigh myself April 1st.
No weigh ins until then. I think my mental needs a break from that.
So far so good, still a work in progress but for the most part I have been keeping up with it.
