Day 3- Breakfast had some oatmeal and I'm full. Have an apple and orange packed if I get hungry before lunch.

I find that when I'm at home I don't have actual meals I just munch on stuff through out the day. after breakfast this morning, which I recorded being a banana, apple, and tea, I've eaten a yogurt, half a sweet potato, and a couple egg whites. all these snacks have been spaced out so I think I'm doing well. i'm feelin like a filling dinner as long as I eat it before 8 pm. Any suggestions??

Day 2 of detox phase 1. I ate a banana, apple, and a cup of green tea for breakfast. feelin good. need to find some time to workout today, but i really ahve to clean my place up. that's some activity, right?

Ok, so I've restarted phase I. I feel like I'm going to keep a better watch on everything by writing more journal entries. Besides, it'll help me stay motivated. Today I've eaten a banana, an apple, and a yogurt for breakfast. I'm in class right now, and I've snacked on 10 baby carrots that I packed. I'll check back tonight to record the rest of my day.

I feel like i've slowly slipped away from the diet. my chioces on eating are still good but i've found myself giving into temptations. luckily nothings been gained (weight). I'm just going to start clean again and detox. I lost track of what day i was on and I didn't visit the site that much. It really does make a difference when you visit this site, it keeps you motivated. so here I go again.
