Well, the scale hasn't gone down, but I feel and look skinnier. So, I decided to measure myself (even though I already did like a week or so ago) and I'm down 1 1/2 inches on my waist and hips!! Awesome. I didn't measure my boobs. I'm too scared; I like my 38 DD's. ^_^
Anyway, I know I'm doing something right. And for the first time in my life, the scale not moving is not bumming me out! I feel good!! :D

I didn't get to yoga today - boooo!!! I had been waiting all week to go! And I got stuck on the buses and there was no possible way to make it on time (I had a doctors appointment earlier)
So.................boo. Atleast it's every week. I can wait until next week....yesss.....

So in one week, I lost 4lb by eating an average of 2,000cal and 150g of fat a day.

Oh no - I just had some gluten for dinner! I came downstairs and there was magically a giant skillet filled with those beautifully delicious breakfast sausages. They're so good, I dream about them. Seriously.
Anyway.... they are just FILLED with wheat. Never mind grains, but WHEAT. My body doesn't like the wheat.
So anyway - here's to hoping I live! And that my mental health doesn't suffer as well (it usually does, at the ingestion of wheat particles)
Aaahhhh!!!
Well in any case - they were delicious. Damn delicious.
Maybe I should go for my walk now. Even though it's -30 Celsius with the wind chill. GAH!!! :O

So, that has been two weeks grain-free, and high fat!
Now, it's time to tweak. See how I do with more carbs (veggies and berries). Or...I don't know. Eat less calories? Less dairy? Try some weights? I don't know. I'll see how I feel about this tomorrow!!! \@.@/
