UNI WORK!! always causes me to snack, been working since 8am and then went into town with my bestie, bought some chilli smoked almonds from the market, by the time i realised i was looking at the bottom of a large(ish) bag! to be fair i could have gorged on chocolate, at least my choice was moderately clean! i think when your working (expecially on chemistry lab reports) you really need the brain fuel! heading off to the gym tomorrow to do some cycling COZ I LOVE IT. so no worries here! :D besides last night i did 80 squats and 80 sit-ups whilst sprinting and punching in bursts (boxercise class) so my muscles are crying!! hehe.

suffering with a shin splint after running, managed to get them about 2 years ago, when i was running alot, which then caused me to discontinue. Now every time i run (especially on hard surfaces) they reoccur. Managed to cover a distance of 15 miles in the gym today, whilst climbing 108m, think thats sufficient cardio. going to be focusing more on strength and toning in the next month though. Did a body check and BMI:22 BF%:15. Its going ok. :) chin is up.

hehe, its march tomorrow! im on track (ish) going into the month, hopefully! may decide to go and party tonight, i know alcohol will be a bitch and probably cause a hangover "cheat" day! I have managed to get down to 15% Body fat, finally, the muscle is gradually building! :D i dont look toned though...i fuess i cant be HARDCORE enough to get any decent results. Uni doesn't really allow time for proper training!keeping up on the bootcamp fitness and cardio though!
