Sugar count back up to 183 for the past 2 days and I just don't know why. I'm doing really good with eating no sugar and really really low carbohydrates. I guess going from 289 to 183 in 12 days is not that bad, but I was hoping for better. Good news is I weighed in at 192 this morning! I'm not putting it on the weight history as I'm trying to do that only once per week. So I need to wait until Sunday.

I've lost 2 pounds since I starting this journal on the 30th of September. Let's not forget the 6 lbs I lost from September 24th to the 30th before I started recording all this information. Eight pounds in 10 days is not too bad. Certainly most of it is water weight since I just stared, but I'll take them.
Tomorrow I start my push up, sit up challenge. Can't wait!

One week ago I learned I had diabetes. My sugar in the morning was 289! I'm very happy to report that one week of eating a lot less carbs and portion control, I am now at 193! I am determined to do this without medicine. Yeah, I'm proud of myself :)

Okay, it's my 2nd day recording my calorie/carbs intake on Fat Secret. I am still doing well with both, except I think the fat content is a little high. It's a tough battle balancing a minimal carb diet, but I'm finding ways everyday.
