I dont know why but i have been super unhungry today i literally have eaten some rye bread with PB for breakfast some jelly a handful of nuts and a slice of brown bread with PB allday and i am not hungry its past 7pm not sure wether i should force myself to eat some dinner or just let it be.
also i have been listening to the sountrack of wicked a lot recently and some of the lyrics of the song for good made me think of FS
That people come into our lives for a reason

i really believe that these lyrics how i feel about a lot of my FS buddies you have all taught me so much and it is really helping me find out just who i am :)

ahh the inevitable jump on the scale back up to 169.4 not happy with it but im trying to stay positive because a. its still in the 160's and not the 170's and b. like kate said on my last journal that was my real weright this is just water and food :)
I actually think it could have been because i worked out for like 2 and a bit hours and didnt really eat as much possibly after my big drop yesterday my body freaked out a bit well we shall see i guess hopefully tomorrow i will have dropped back down to or at least closer to my lowest number since november 2008!

still on a high from this mornings weigh in :) a bit nervous about tomorrow feel like its going to jump up or something :P
as a reward my friend took me to see the new twilight film it was alright a bit cheesy. i feel really proud of myself though i bought some pick and mix sweets for the film and as i was eating i felt myself get full instead of doing what i usually would do which is keep stuffing myself i folded up the over half full bag and put it away for the rest of the film after it was done i gave them to my friend even though i would have loved to eat them. after the cinema i went to the gym and worked out for about 2 hours i think i burned about 600 calories min. when i got home it was after 7 and i hadnt had dinner but my stomach was rumbling so i had rye bread and PB im hoping i havent gone over my days calories. we shall see tomorrow i guess :)

I think i might be dreaming i step on the scale this morning and it shows me 166.2 not once not twice but three times in a row i have a rule that if that happens i am allowed to count it. so yeah 166.2 i am counting you and enjoying it hells effing yeah! it also means my ticker is telling me i have lost 20lbs!!! i have never lost 20lbs before so wow yeah i am enjoying this like crazy .gym again today seems to be working well for me.
I just checked my BMI and i am about 4lbs off being out of the obese range for the first time in a really long time that is my new mini week goal :)
