Hi. I have always battled with my weight. I have been on countless diets from weighless, several high protein low carb diets, meal replacement diets etc. And they worked! However, the weight always comes back and this time it came fast! So now it's time to do what I know I should have done in the first place. Change my lifestyle permanently. This isn't the easiest thing since I have moved to South Korea and food and food culture is extremely different here. But guess it's time to take back control... I am on a mission to do whatever it takes to be healthy and be the best me that I can be.
