I was an athlete all through high school and I stayed very thin because of it. Then I had a baby right after I graduated and I gained 65 lbs. I had lost all but 15 lbs at one point, but I let myself go after that. I currently weigh 113 lbs more than I did when I got pregnant with my daughter and I am very unhappy (that's an entire adult more than a healthy weight!). I have been eating healthier and exercising for the last three weeks and I have lost 7 lbs. in total. I have a big trip coming up for my 30th birthday and I hope to lose 25 lbs before then. We shall see...
