I used to be extremely fit, so fit I never gave a seconds thought about what I ate because my metabolism just zapped away 24/7.
Marriage changes so much in your life! that, full time work and a knee injury and a bad diet have led to a big weight gain.
I want to detox my body, get fit and healthy. Now I want to make sure I feed my body clean fresh produce and work out effectively.
By Christmas I hope to be about 10kg lighter, and by my 21st Birthday in March 2012 I hope to have reached my weightloss goal, completeded the minimum of my detoxing and reached a new level of fitness and happiness.
