I'm about to turn 34 (Feb of '12) and I have been heavy for as long as I remember. I lost a little when I got divorced a few years ago, but gained it back when my new hubby and I had and then lost a baby. I have an amazing husband who is my best friend and biggest supporter. I have a step-son who stole my heart the day I met him and I want to be a good example for him in health and life.
My Goals:
235 lbs - pre-baby weight
195 lbs - pre-college weight
185 lbs - below obesity line
182 lbs - 100 lbs lost
150 lbs - tentative goal - I want to be a size 8. I haven't been a size 8 since the 5th grade.
