Lots of changes in medication over the last 2 years has caused me to stack on almost 50lbs. I'm miserable, and I'm ready to get this weight off! Summer is coming soon, and I want to feel good on our boat! I also want be good influence for my 3 boys and be able to have the energy to keep up with them and have fun, and also look good for my wonderful husband. Being a sugar addict has been difficult to overcome, but I'm 100% in at this point.

Atkins/low carb/paleo is my lifestyle change of choice.

I appreciate any and all input!
