Wife and stay at home mother of 2 year old. I first tried nutrisystem and lost 80lbs in 6 months after my son was born, I was 220 when I delivered and 5'3". I have spent the last year gaining 25lbs back. I can't force myself to eat nutrisystem again.. (it wasn't that bad but I was spending 600 for food and month for just me).
So this time, I am going to exercise and be active.. eating 1300-1400 calories a day until I slowly get there! Thank goodness for Just Dance 2. It's been the most exciting and fun exercise I have ever done. I don't feel like I am forcing myself to exercise, in fact, I get started and the ext thing you know, I have been playing for two hours! I recommend it to everyone, especially if you don't think you can dance!
