Ever since my junior year of high school, when I grew 8 inches and gained 100 lbs, I've been Big Doug. I played college football and wrestling at 6'3" 275lbs. Ten years later, I'm still 6'3", but now I've been bouncing between 300 and 310 lbs. My back and knees are starting to give me greif, so, therefore, I need to do something before they become a problem. All the BMI charts tell me that I should weigh between 200 and 220 lbs, but because of my frame (size 60 jackets with a 42 waist), I'd have to amputate something to get there. I have lost 25 lbs in less than 2 months with diet alone, so, I'm going to throw excercise into the mix to hit my goal of 250lbs by June 30th.
