I was widowed on 3/11/07 and was three months pregnant. I was very good with diet while I was pregnant. On October 5, 2007 I had a beautiful baby girl to add to my other 3 children. But loss and depression then caught up with me so I gained TONS of weight. I decided to diet and exercise after the first of 08' so I could continue to be around for my children that had lost thier father.
