I am a 21 year old mother of 2. When I had my son 3 years ago, the weight literally fell off. No problem whatsoever. Well, I had a little girl almost 6 months ago, and still trying to lose weight. I would love to get back down to 115 lbs. But since I started doing P90X, I have realized that I am going to be gaining some muscle, so it is not so much the lbs that I need to focus on, but the inches. i started P90X about 3 weeks ago, and I have lost at least 3 or 4 inches around my waist. So in January I will be wearing a size (at least) 5!!
