Hello everyone.
I'm know to everyone as a serial yoyo dieter and i want to stop this now. I want to shed the lbs and not gain them again.
I lost 55 lbs last year doing the cambridge diet and i've managed to gain almost all of it back :( i will eat good all through the week and eat everything in sight over the entire weekend.
So i have decided to get on the atkins diet wagon. i want to lose the majority of the weight this way and then when i have 20 lbs to go, i wish to go on the weight watchers plan. But we will see.
I was slim until i had my 2 children .. and i want to be the yummy mummy i deserve to be !
