I'm Dee a mum of 4 and Nandee of two beautiful girls. I work and study full time which keeps me extremely busy and have been neglecting me and avoiding addressing my weight for far too long so now it is time.
I have dabbled in WW, Paleo, low calorie, shakes, you name it I have done it but I am now LCHF. I have tried to research as much as possible so that I am prepared. I have 46 kg to lose but I will be setting 5 kg goals so that I do not get so overwhelmed. Looking for as much support as possible to keep me motivated.
